SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- Saturday to Thursday or next working day delivery.
- In UAE remote areas, please allow 1-2 days for delivery.
- Rest of the world, please allow 2 to 5 business days
SHIPPING AND TAXES FEES
- Within UAE – AED25 plus 5% VAT (excluded in the item price)
- Rest of the world – AED100 plus customs duties & taxes (per country and excluded in the item price)
- Sales Tax (VAT) for returns originally delivered within UAE will be refunded. Tax and customs duties for those returns originally delivered outside UAE are non-recoverable.
We have a 14 days regular returns policy if you are not happy with the products ordered. Please note, if the conditions are not met, we reserve the right to grant any or partial refunds. Additionally, we ask of you to acknowledge and agree that certain product returns won’t be granted for items sold under special discounts or conditions.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Products can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address. We insert the instructions for an easy return inside your package.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNS
Returned items must comply with our return policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags/labels/instructions attached and the original packaging included.
- Shoes and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- Authenticity cards, where provided, should be returned
- Items must not be altered
- Fragrances, toiletries and beauty products [such as skincare, cosmetics, make-up and haircare] are final sales.
- Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn
- Any customised pieces are not eligible for returns
- Items sold at a reduced price are not eligible for returns
- We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse future orders from customers with high number of returns
Upon receipt of the return, we will verify compliance of all the above conditions. If all conditions are fulfilled, we will refund the relevant purchase price back into your account. In any event we reserve the right to reject the return for justified reasons at our discretion.
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges. Please proceed with your refund and you may place a new order online for the new size required. For further assistance, contact our customer care at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
DAMAGED GOODS OR INCORRECTLY FULFILLED ORDERS
Our brand and delivery partners take tested control measures to ensure that our products reach you in the best conditions. However, in the case your order has arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please CONTACT US immediately and we will work to help resolve this issue as soon as possible. We strive for the utmost quality and respect in our services and want our beloved customers to feel valued at all times.
