SHIPPING
For all credit card, Apple Pay and Paypal orders: Once the order has been confirmed you will receive an email with your order number. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your DHL tracking. Simply click the link to track your package. You will later receive a SMS by DHL confirming the delivery. In case of any delays, please contact DHL directly providing the tracking number.

For Cash on Delivery [COD] orders: Once the order has been confirmed you will receive an email with your order number. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a SMS by Transcorp with tracking details and phone number for any delivery concerns.

Please note that deliveries during busy sale periods may be subject to slight delays however our delivery partner will keep you notified.

DELIVERIES WITHIN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES AND GCC:
- Saturday to Thursday: next working day delivery.
- DHL if paid order, Transcorp if Cash on Delivery.
- UAE charges – 20AED if the order less than 300AED – Free of charge if the order is above 300AED.
- GCC charges – 60AED if the order less than 500AED – Free of charge if the order is above 500AED.

In UAE remote areas, please allow 1-2 days for delivery.

In GCC, customs may require customer ID to clear the shipment.

RETURNS
We have a 14 days regular returns policy if you are not happy with the products ordered. However, to do so you must obtain our prior return material authorisation and ensure that the product returns follow the conditions stated in our returns policy listed below. If the conditions are not met, we reserve the right to grant any or partial refunds. Additionally, we ask of you to acknowledge and agree that certain product returns won’t be granted for items sold under special discounts or conditions.

Please CONTACT US in order to request for a product[s] return. We will first check the eligibility of the returned product[s] based on the terms and conditions mentioned below. If all is met – we will arrange for our delivery partner DHL to come and collect the items. If all conditions are met, we will process a full [or partial] refund based on the assessments made by a member of our team. In case of Cash on Delivery, a coupon code for said amount will be issued.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

DAMAGED GOODS OR INCORRECTLY FULFILLED ORDERS
Our brand and delivery partners take tested control measures to ensure that our products reach you in the best conditions. However, in the case your order has arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please CONTACT US immediately and we will work to help resolve this issue as soon as possible. We strive for the utmost quality and respect in our services and want our beloved customers to feel valued at all times.

The item must be returned within 15 days of receiving the order for a full refund including [where applicable] the original orders delivery charges, cash handling fees, taxes and any duties. Replacements may also be made available. Defective items may also benefit from a manufacturer’s defects warranty. Please CONTACT US immediately and you believe your goods have a manufacturing defect.

RETURNS PROCESS
Pleace contact us on customercare@attuale.com with your name, order number and reason for return - a member of our team will be able to assist you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNS
In order to qualify for a refund, previous return material authorisations must be required and obtained. All products must be returned to us within 14 days of order received date accompanied by the original order confirmation. Returned items must comply with our return policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags/labels/instructions attached and the original packaging included.
- Shoes and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- Authenticity cards, where provided, should be returned
- Items must not be altered
- Fragrances, toiletries and beauty products [such as skincare, cosmetics, make-up and haircare] if unopened and sealed.
- Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn
- Any customised pieces are not eligible for returns
- Items sold at a reduced price are not eligible for returns
- We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse future orders from customers with high number of returns
- Late returns may be accepted at our discretion only

Upon receipt of the return, we will verify compliance of all the above conditions. If all conditions are fulfilled, we will refund the relevant purchase price back into your account. In case of Cash on Delivery, a coupon code for said amount will be issued. This code can be used to order the same or any other product on our website within the specified period of its validity.

In any event we reserve the right to reject the return for justified reasons at our discretion.
